Physical products

Shipping availability, eligible destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery information are shown on the product page or at checkout when available. Physical books, magazines and other merchandise may be fulfilled separately depending on the product and supplier. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Processing and delivery

Processing and transit time vary by product, availability, destination and carrier. Any estimated dates are not guarantees. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as offered. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment.

Digital downloads

Eligible digital books, magazines, music and art downloads are delivered electronically using the access method shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. No physical parcel is shipped for a digital-only item.

Help with delivery

For a missing parcel, delivery error, or inaccessible digital download, contact info@kvinc.org with your order number. The order page in My Account may also contain order updates or downloads.
