Refund and Returns Policy

Physical merchandise

If a physical product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact info@kvinc.org with your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs. Please contact us before mailing a return. We will review the concern and provide available remedies in accordance with applicable law.

For change-of-mind returns, request authorization within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs and eligibility will be communicated before a return is approved. Customized, made-to-order or otherwise nonreturnable merchandise may have restrictions disclosed at purchase.

Digital products

Digital books, digital magazines, music downloads, and downloadable artwork are normally nonreturnable once supplied or accessed, except for defective files, duplicate charges, failed delivery or rights provided by law. Contact us for help with an inaccessible or incorrect download.

Refund processing

For approved refunds, we will request the return of funds to the original payment method where supported. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank. Shipping charges may not be refundable except where required by law or when the error is ours.
